What's happening is that I’m required to do a project but the company that I’m doing a job for wants to be able to edit it. It’s a car dealership and they want to make fliers that they can send to their costumers. They want to be able to swap different pictures of their sales staff in and out of the template that I’m suppose to make. The problem is that they don’t have Illustrator, Quark, Photoshop, or any of that type of software that I’m planning on using. They told me that I could just save my work so that they could open it in Acrobat but I didn’t think that Acrobat could let you edit things? I thought it was just for viewing?? Anyone know of an inexpensive program that I could use to make a good looking flier? I need to find a program in which they’d be willing to buy. They don’t want to spend the money for Illustrator or Quark for example. Any suggestions? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! |

Most new software is expensive. Have them buy a previous version of a program. My choice for inexpensive document/flier creation? Macromedia Freehand. Though I don't personally use it. Freehand 9 costs around $110 right now according to pricegrabber.com. Its very full featured. Multiple page documents and PDF export. Try that. |
