Is anyone using / playing with Interchange for an ecommerce solution? Looking for feedback on the strength of the software, the user/developer community, and security. Thanks |

hehe no prob malibu :P, actually redhats stuff is supposed to be quite stable and secure like most linux distributions [edilt] hey cool they're gonna have debian packages eventually, and why I bothered to point that out I have no idea I just enjoy that [/edit] |

Yeah, but then you said you hated Miva a couple of months later. Silly. Plus interchange is free. And you can't beat free. And it looks like a really nicely featured application. A lot easier looking than Miva. At least you don't have to learn a new scripting language or anything. Psh. Miva...

It looks like the tough part about Interchange is the learning curve... especially on the config / admin side. Once you're in, it looks easy to update / maintain. Don't know on the customization side yet--it'd based on Perl. I've been doing nothing but read for the last day or two--I'll let you know what I find.
