I need this image to be a shiny gold color, i tried a bunch of different ways and cant get it to look right. I know the pic isnt the best quality, but if some one could do this for me it would be greatly appreciated.

I need it to kinda look like this but with the continents sticking out like in the first pic and round in shape. Thanks

Besides, as physically small as it is, and at 2.3 kB, with serious JPEG compression artifacts, this crap image doesn't lend itself to much improvement.

Go steal a better image to work with or rebuild it at a higher beginning resolution.

Want me to do it for you? I only charge US$60/hour.

Not being mean or anything...But seriously...You need to start with a higher quality/larger image to accomplish what you want to do. What is the intended use for this graphic (web, print etc) Almost looks like a background for a powerpoint presentation....
