When you start a New Image for Photo Shop Elements does anyone know what the default settings are for Size and Pixels/Inch???

If you open an image which is 500*500px, and then select 'new', your size will be defaulted to that of the file beforehand, as with the resolution. So your new sheet will be 500*500. Default and very acceptable res is 72. There might be a preferance option for starting a new image. Anyway, you should know what size you want to work with..

PS, Photoshop is 1 word.
