eh this is a weird thing to ask...but anyone know of anything like a 'home remedy' i can do to fix my lips? Back in 8th grade we went to tahoe and my nose and face got really dry when we came back, so everything was 'peeling' usually my nose...anyways recently (since last year) my lips have been chapped so i would peel off the dead dried parts...and sometimes get some of that lovely living tissue. all of this has caused my lips to become redder than that kid in home alone...any way i can heal this up? when it starts healing, it heals in strips...which i rip off... and i've tried NOT peeling..but then i just got dried strips hanging on...so what can i do.? thanks |

Use chapstick... Put some vaseline on it... Don't pull off the skin...

it may also have to do with yyou not drinking enough liquids ... it sounds stupid but my gramma told me to drink 1 more glass of water a day ... and my lips aren't chapped any more.

As long as you aren't eating it by the spoon full, you'll be fine. My wife puts it on her lips when she loses her chap stick.
