Why does it say Team Newbie under my name.???

Is there anyway of changing that?

because you are :p

it stays at that until you have 125 posts, after 125 posts, you can change it, i believe.

lol, silly people, it changes after 5 posts. then it changes to 'team member' until 150 posts.
