a HUGE favor needed

This may suck since I don't know how good the others here are at vectorizing stuff. I did it in Illustrator 10, and its a white background ONLY vector piece. You can set it to different background colors, as long as you edit the gradient to match whatever background color you want it to be. Otherwise, you're gonna get some funky white gradient stuff.
