I had a service call on Friday where I had to clean 70+ off of one machine, and over 150 off another. They were both women's computers....go figure.

"oooh, somebody sent me an attachment...I'd better open it!"

I get about 15 a day or so...

That's just because I keep forwarding them to you. No biggie.

our IT dude has pulled 7000 of them off a lady's computer here at work... I think that's only since Friday. I guess Norton won't kill it? wierd...

who writes these viruses? Al Queda?

NAV 2002's email scanner has caught everything to date that's been sent to me.

Mine too. Norton kick some major butt...

It's the software companies that write them....who else has so much to gain from them?

i dont even use antivirus software, never got a virus and never will...i only have one person who sends me attachments and hes always online so i can just ask him if he sent it or not

If you don't have virus protection, how do you know you don't have a virus....that's not very good reasoning there. Virii don't only come through email...there are a 1000 different ways to get a virus.
