haha, yea youre probably better hosting than i am as of right now. atleast you can get 'em an ftp account, mine is web-based

Myacen restricts the number of FTP accounts created?? I know they have unlimited subdomains though...

My site is sort of "down" rite now. Its being upgraded to accomodate more. You'll see the server's splash for now. Alias check your email.

it restricts, but its restrcited to 200 ftp accts and even with that, i when i add a user and they connect, it doesnt take them to the main html directory and i cant specify a directory for them, it takes them to /home/USERNAME/public_html/ but i cant seem to find a way to get to that directory through the web. and they DO have unlimited subdomains, but they still havent seemed to get them working yet :-/

ooo.. that's bad. You might wanna try creating a subdomain and a FTP account with the same name.
If the configs are the same.. most probably be

Eg. me.webimpulse.net
FTP : [email]me@webimpulse.net[/email] : password
