I recently deleted an email sent to me that contained some important information. I know....stupid...stupid....but it was an accident...I think. Anyway now I would like to get into those deleted files but do not remember the subject matter and even if I did I still don't know how. Any suggestions?

well you have a chance. if you email client was configured to leave messages on the server after you download them, then you should be able to have your ISP make it available to you. But, if it is deleted once you have downloaded it to your inbox and you delete it there, say buh bye to it. So call your isp and ask them. |
