I know Deker is going to throw a fit for me posting something that comes from Microsoft here, but I'm using .NET today to learn combining CSS, XML and VBScript to make web applications, and it linked me to this handy page:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/author/css/reference/attributes.asp

It even tells you what has and has not been approved by the W3C, and what attributes work with what IE browser-version.

Or you could just go straight to the source:

http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/

And not worry about "what IE supports"
