Hi, Was wondering if i had 3 zip disks, if it would work if i copied a 250mb (my new showreel) video onto them, and it would say 'please insert disk 2' or something. Or am i screwed? I don't have a disk on me, that's why i cant test it. I have a mac, but it's probably the same for the PC. |

No. That won't work. You can download a trial version of a win/lpk/ZIP archiving program (not the iomega zip drive stuff)(there might still be some free ones), and add it to a mutli-file archive. Just use no compression and it should chop up the file into 3 parts fairly quickly. To recombine them, you will also need to use the ZIP compression software to extract the file. Not sure what zip archiving programs the mac has. If it has one, but Im certain it does. |
