I was just reading through the Iowa code on liquor licenses this morning, and noticed this: 4.7(4) Frequenting premises. No licensee, permittee, their agent or employee, shall knowingly permit the licensed premises to be frequented by, or become the meeting place, hangout or rendezvous for known , pimps, panhandlers or prostitutes or those who are known to engage in the use, sale or dis-tribution of narcotics, or in any other illegal occupation or business. I just got a kick out of that...the 3 P's. |

I like the three P's... I don't think my state has those laws. Sometimes I wonder if Nevada has ANY laws... ...but I like it. :D |

I am busy, I'm scanning PDFs for the Courthouse, one just happened to apply to liquor laws in unincorporated areas.
