anything that I cook.

My favorite thing to cook is Roast chicken.

I make it with rosemary, salt, pepper.

If you want my tips on cooking it, lemme know. I roasted our thanksgiving turkey this year the same way and it was by far the best turkey I have ever had. My mother was astounded that I actually knew how to cook a turkey without burning it.

hey, did I mention that I found a job.

Entry Level Management for a fragrance distribution company. I will be responsible for managing 20-30 people. Handling cash and stuff.

Chicken recipe-

need:
Olive Oil - Not extra virgin, but that's ok if it's all you have.
either dried or fresh rosemary. I like fresh a bit better, but they both work.
salt/pepper
garlic
butchers twine.
aluminum foil

basically, wash the chicken in cold water. I actually like to let it soak in salt water for about an hour.

take the butcher's twine and trust the chicken up. tie the legs together and the wings should be snug to the carcass of the bird. This will keep them from drying out while the bird is in the oven.

take some olive oil and rub it over the skin of the chicken. I like to massage it into the skin to help it soak in.

Sprinkle some rosemary/salt/pepper over the entire outiside of the chicken and inside as well.

chop up the garlic and put it on the inside of the chicken. I like to also roast the garlic before putting it in the chicken. gives it kind of a rustic flavor. just put the whole garlic cloves into the oven for about 10 or 15 minutes or until they are soft at 350 degrees F.

fold a peice of foil into a triangle and position it over the breast of the chicken and shove the bird in the oven for about an hour at 350.

after an hour, remove the peice of foil so that the breats can get nice and golden brown, this will take about 30 minutes. Jack the heat up to about 400 or 450. keep an eye on the bird now though, cause you dont want to burn it.

Are green peppers addictive? I like 'em in omlettes but otherwise I don't find them necessary. Maybe me and Deker could lose some hiney flab together! I like Tae-Bo and Richard Simmons, but I'll move to anything with a mambo beat.

I'm very glad to hear that Ax,...it's good to know you'll no longer be doing the dirty business in dark alley's for smack money.

And I've passed your chicken recipe onto my grandmother to make for me some weekend (I can't cook to save my life).

And yes, I'm sure green peppers are additive. If I don't get at least one green pepper per week, I go into convulsions and they have to squeeze green pepper juice into an intravenious tube that's plugged into my arm.
