I've wanted to do that as well. My dad really wanted me to have an online store site of some kind when we were in web design business together. He had one selling clasical guitar accessories. The great thing about his site is that he was just the middle man. He didn't have one piece of merchandise at his house. He just accepted orders, forwarded them to a 3rd party, and made a cut.

I thought about doing the same thing with video games or computer software, but I don't know of any way to do that and make any money. I don't have the capital to buy stock, (even if I had the storage space for it), and I don't know of anywhere that you could make any money being the middle man either. What I'd really like to do is sell Imported Japanese video games, and also offer a modding service for systems where you send it and I mod it and send it back. But, I dont' speak japanese, and I don't know how to mod a system. I could probably eventually do both of those... But that's a lot of work just to have an online store.

I also thought about selling skateboarding stuff, but there are already a ton of sites doing that and I didn't think I could be that successful at it.

So anyway... That's my story...

I'd also like to own a 'brick and mortar' video game store with all the new games, and a bunch of old games for old systems. And of course import games etc. I would have to think of some wonderful thing ot make it better than all of the other stores like that though.

We don't need your anti-game one-liners here, mattboy. Save it for the anti-microsoft threads.
