how do i get rid of this crap without doing gaussian blur?

The way that I do that is go to file/GIF export/then pick the color of the background it is going in and save it.

Im sure there is a better way I just cant remember right now :D

oh i see it.. it was checked under fill and polygon lasso........

Use the create shape tool and just skew a rectangle to make that shape. Then when you get it how you want rasterize that layer...
