Hi folks! I need to make an email like a web page. I know that using Outlook Express I can create such a thing, but I would like to know if there's a chance of constructing it with a program like Dreamweaver.

hmmm... sorry can't help other than you attach the webpage to the email...

or use a newsletter script to do it
