how can i make buttons bigger?

like at www.dogpile.com
the submit button, for the search, as with many other sites, is incredibly small.
I had been fooling around with my color schemes for my desktop, and when I went on to the internet, most of the buttons were small, what did i do? and how can i fix it?

CSS... do a search and you'll be surprised at what you find.

no i don't mean how can i do that, i meant
i was fooling around w/ the configuration of my browsers, and
now the buttons are super small
