GameCube!

did everyone pre-order their GameCubes?

personally
i think that buying a game cube
would be like going out to buy a
Sega SATURN.

i don't think nintendo is gonna float it
w/ the cube. all of their stuff is pre school
oriented, pastel color, action games,
over 99.9 % of their game genre covers
little kid racing games. Poor accessories,
bad marketing...

the N64 caused me to look down on the name
of nintendo...

I'm not a game player person, but I must say that I am much more intrigued by the X-Box.

x-box definately seems like the console of choice,
I think microsoft made a good choice when they made
this move...

I hope they manage to keep a good product line
of games etc...

PS2 ' s hype died down quick after the first fiew months,
but i still say PC is the best way to go as far as gaming w00t!

Nintendo's games have always been pastel, kid-oriented games. And it seems to have worked so far...

I didn't like the N64 much, because it never had very many games that interested me.

I like the Xbox a lot, but I'm not sure about some of the games on there. They all seem to be just PC games that are being made for the Xbox instead. I would only get a PS2 for Metal Gear Solid...

But I sure do love my GameBoy Advance....

GB adv. is alright, the games i played were
some cricket or whatever that jumps around
and a racing game, pretty good gfx for something
that small , i think they did a pretty good job w/ that
...although i think the game boy hype will end after
the release of Pokemon: green with purple and silver
purple dots and hexagons - Super Hyper Ultra
Alpha Gold Edition.

There's a reason for that deker.

PC Games have proven to take off much better, and have their sequel stay popular longer.

When Quake 3 came out for console, people ate it up. It was kinda disappointing but eh.

The only reason I would buy an X-Box is if microsoft stopped the development of HALO ( http://halo.bungie.com/ ) for the PC market. This would be a grave error on their part since this game has generated a following that would put quake(series) and half life to shame. Not to mention that it's revolutionary gameplay and graphics engine.

PC Games will still be the best though. Stuff like Neocron ( http://www.neocron.com ) is the next game I am going to get into. Infact, I already have a faction for it.

I think the x-box is a lot better, so, i am going to buy that :/

I don't care what you say I am a die-hard Nintendo fan and I decided to try Dreamcast (mistake) but didn't like it. And to Charm's ORIGINAL question I forgot and now I am camping outside of Toys'r'us. Then there is second shipment Grrrrrrrrrr.........:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

i am a die hard nintendo fan! i always get their new systems the first day out. now that i am all growed up and have a job, i can actually afford it all!

nintendo has some of the most original games out there. if all you care about are some weak final fantasy rehashes or shooting zombies in the crotches then get xbox or ps2.

if you asked my 5 years ago if i would buy a video game console from microsoft, i would laugh!
