2 days until Aerosmith.......

On Friday, October 19th at 7:00 PM, you can all think of me, while I'm sitting there in Ames, Iowa listening to the Cult and Aerosmith..........aaaaahhhh......what a concert that will be....and it better be for $75 a ticket.....

U pay $75 for a Aerosmith ticket??? They Suxors. In the 70s when they all were on drugs they roxored, but now they're only ****ty ballads.

Just woke up the morning after....The Cult opened up for them. Jeez...I had no idea they were so good live. They sound a lot better live than they do on CD.

But about Aerosmith,....WOW!...we were about 25 feet from stage, and still, at this point, my ears still hurt, and my throat hurts from yelling constantly...Absolutely F**CKING NUTS!!!...I would have paid $200 to see that show Grums...$75 was well-worth paying for that experience.

And about them trying to hard to sell CDs, not once last night did they say "Go buy our new album". Most of the people at that concert were in their 30's and older, so Aerosmith played a lot of their older 70's bluesy stuff. They only played 1 song off of their new CD, and that was "Just Push Play" when they came out for the Encore.

That's kewl Mattboy. I wish i was there to, but i wouldn't pay $75 for a ticket.... no matter who played. But I really love their old 70s stuff.
