What happened to wastedyouth, anybody know?? I know that they said they were having server problems but now if you go you get this other page.

Looks like that's just a default server page. Maybe all his files got deleted. Or maybe it's pointing to the wrong directory. Or maybe he moved to another host. Or maybe he didn't pay the bill. Or maybe he's taking a 'break' like k10k, dreamless, assembler/vitaflo, etc.
