I haven't had phones/dial-up for over 24 hours....

some IDIOT plowed into the telephone substation down the road a way in his mommies new mustang. (like about halftime of the Alabama vs. Ole Miss game)

Now.... just "now" the phone makes a wierd "ring like" sound... I double clicked the dial-up adapter and, woohoo! I'm online!

I dealt with it by having SEVERAL
"evening coffees" <--(secret code word for beer) and going fishing in the rain.
