Anyone that owns or has played a Game Boy Advance will know that the screen sucks ass. It is not backlit, and so you have to shine a light on it. Only this produces a glare, making the screen unseeable. Well anyway, this clever fellow has taken his apart and put lights inside the case, making a perfectly illuminated screen. And it only cuts battery life by about 25%. (Batteries still last 10 hours) It looks great from the screen shot. Just as good as the old Sega Game Boy or Atari Lynx. Only a higher resolution. Anyway... Check it out. Order one when he starts selling them... Take yours apart and light it up. And sign the petition while you're there! http://www.portablemonopoly.com/ |

I saw that a few days ago linked on a video game forum. Once the info is released on how to make one, I'll have to dig out a screwdriver and soldering iron. |

Yes. I saw it on www.slashdot.org. Now I'm glad I got that 1 year extended warranty at EB. So if I screw up and break it, I can just take it back and get a brand new one to try it on! |
