Someone Ripped my site again!

Last night, as I was reading through some of the comments that had recently been posted on my blog, I came across a comment by a "mlarsson.com" character concerning my "Too Cool For IE" campaign badge that is on my site.

So, I decided to visit the url that the person posted in their comment and to my surprise the design of this persons site looked a lot like something I had seen before.... MY SITE!

So I took a few screenshots and saved them so that I could show you guys... Its kindof funny really.

I thought it was rather funny really so I posted a comment on my site in response and was going to write a nice professional email this morning about the design. But he must have read my response to his comment on my site and took the design down (at least for now).

I'm not really that upset being that I didn't really put that much time into this layout and most of the inspiration came from a wallpaper found on deviantArt - the link can be found in the footer giving credit to the artist. So technically a lot of the work was not mine to begin with, but the artist was alright with it being that I gave him credits.

After looking around on his site for more infomation about him, I stumbled upon a link to one of his "friends" site...

...and thought their logo looked A LOT like the little guy found on...

As a matter of fact i'm positive that its the same one, they just ripped it out of a screenshot of the flash, once you go further into the site you will see what i'm talking about.

I just thought I would point these little ripper bastards out and you guys ;) Feel the shame you dirty little tallentless monkey!

Your screenshot doesn't work.

The "layout" of his current site matches yours.....but im not sure if you designed it or it's a template. I did check his style sheet though and you'll never guess whats in there. It seems he has a "Spring" theme too. Which is suprisingly like your style sheet, minus the background image.

MAKE THEM RUN THE GAUNTLET

Yeah... mine is a really moded version of "BLIX" but most of the stylesheet has been modified. So you can tell the difference between the two. But none the less... :P
