copied forum ?

Hi guys,
I was just web surfing this evening after just finishing a pretty crazy 8 week summer quarter when I stumbled upon a website. I was just curious if people use this forum as a template for other forums. This website's forum looks almost exactly like this one, www.core-design.com. Didn't know if it was a standard practice since I am still new to graphic/web design. Of, course they are definitly not as cool as you guys are!!
