Hey, Finally got my film done, its been a hectic 6 months. Its 99% done..there's just one shot to be re-animated. Ill be entering it into some competitions hopefully and we'll see how it goes. Nice and high volume and fullscreen is essential ;)Here's the latest version of it: http://thepiano.aidangibbons.com/vids/thepiano_gibbons.avi (right click, dont let it stream) http://thepiano.aidangibbons.com/vids/thepiano_gibbons.mov (quicktime version) Let me know what you think. For those of you who dont know/forgotten, im studying digital animation in England and am in my second year of my course. Ive made this film for my final 2nd year submission and worked on it alone. Next year i will be creating a film with one other person. Ill ask you not to upload or hotlink or share this URL, dont really want it going too public at the moment since its not 100% yet. Cheers |

http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/ Thanks to Minse... I was too lazy to find it. I thought about going on about lighting, composition, skeletal structures... but instead... WOW! |

Simply amazing. That's just incredible work cyb, it was definitely worth the wait Thanks for sharing the art work during all the process of the video. Oh, and very nice choice of music! Ever since I heard it in the movie "Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain" I thought it was a very nice composition. Well, I'll keep it short, BRAVO!! |

Awesome! In the beginning I wasn't quite sure how all the elements came together (piano/army guy/old lady) but it turned out great. Watched it twice even! Good work. Have you posted elsewhere (cgtalk)? |
