As I'm VERY new to photoshop, I'd prefer to hire a designer to create three box shots for the different products I'll be selling on my website.

What are you interested in promoting and what are the details for "the box shots"? I would email you but I'm sure opening up this thread would actually give others a better opportunity to see what it is you referring to.
