Yeah, some people are SO angry about this, but for I'm like you Mihai... This if there someday will come a flash that actually would in the same style as photoshop or illustrator... that would kick so much ass!! |

I'd say "would you rather have Microsoft buy it?" they were courting macromedia... brrr imagine flash functionality in Paint haha |

Does this mean photoshop will get even more bloated and turn into Photoshop/Dreamweaver? :(

Damn... Macromedia was really, really good at customer relations. Guess that will go down the tubes now.

Yeah, the fellas over at ultrashock seem pretty ticked off as well. But there are others who are looking forward to the change. Maybe we'll end up with GoWeaver or Free-strator :p

Macromedia was good at customer relations??!! Don't get me started on that. After purchasing the full MX suite of products (1st generation), I only wanted to upgrade my Dreamweaver when MX 2004 came out, but they wouldn't let me. I either had to pay full price, or pay to upgrade the entire suite. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of, and am seriously pissed off until this day about it.

Not sure how to feel bout this. "would you rather have Microsoft buy it?" they were courting macromedia... brrr imagine flash functionality in Paint haha good point. Though I was excited that some of that awesome powerpoint technology would find its way into flash. Frontweaver...that would suck lol. |
