Calling all codemasters...

I need coders; I have a big job that will be a database driven site. It will need to have automated email replies as well as a variety of ways to search. Anyone interested? There is compensation involved.

I did not see a specified place for this type of thread anymore, if there is one please relocate me.

A variety of ways to search what? Automated email replies to what? What is the purpose of the site? Any particular language it has to be written in?

The search engine will need to search for other members of the site and subject matter.

The automated email replies to new members and current members contacting other members.

I am not sure what language it should be written in. I have no specific one in mind. As long as it is user friendly and easy to manage.

is it a dating site?

It does involve meeting/chatting with others, but not a dating site. It will be for members interested in similar activities. More or less built the same way though.

I might need a few graphics as well, not sure if I have time to do it myself.

I re-read the rules and realized I did not mention a specific budget. At this time I am not sure how much the client is willing to spend.

I do know they are interested in a very basic design that is sophisticated in appearance.

The rules are a little different for family, Mara. There's nothing wrong with you asking for people to partner on a project with you. If you pick someone ahead of time, then maybe they can quote the work for you, you can add your costs and then give a solid proposal to the client.

The client emailed me a chart of how he would like the site broken down, he is quite detail oriented. Interesting to say the least.
