PS I agree that YayHooray is total chaos. I can't even keep up any more. Things only stay on the front page for about 5 minutes before they are knocked off by 15 parody threads, 6 racist threads, 4 threads of gerald telling everyone he's going to kill himself or someone else, and 8 random threads asking "YH Names to....".

-I've been worried about Dek climbing a water tower with a rifle because his life seems to be falling apart, but yet he still seems 'chipper'
-I'm waiting day by day, minute by minute, for my last needed completed offer to get my free ipod...
-I've been thinking about 'switching' just so I can see how the other half lives

Since when does the army not let in people with GED's?

Sorry to hear about all that deker. Dunno what your higher education is, but maybe this is an opportunity to go after whatever that next degree up is?

Anyway, as for the original thread question (if you have any idea who I am anyway, I've been around a little while, and I remember who you are).

That's about it, really. My life is boring right now, but honestly, it's not too bad.

And yeah, I've been posting on some other art sites, but I come back here when I can because there's a community dynamic here that just doesn't exist in other forums. CG Talk is pretty professional, but conceptart.org is full of some really inept newbies, but they're pretty adequately relegated to the nursery school part of the forum.

Oh yeah, Eatpoo is the strangest forum I've ever been on. And yeah, it's a design community, not, um...that.

i don't know why the military doesn't like GEDs. they only allow a certain number of GED people in each year though, and those positions are filled immediately. they won't even talk to me without having a high school diploma or 15 college credits. so I have to go to college for a year before i can even enlist. pretty stupid.

YH: Anything interesting where artists are collaborating/showing work/discussing stuff gets pushed so far below by threads like 'OMG my roommates girlfriend farted'. check out Draw my character JBA edition. That's cool stuff.
