How come I can't change skin.

...of the board. I've tried both tps and tps2 on the first page and from options in my members page, but it stays all red and the same to my eye's...I wanted to change the skin due to my li'l problemo with reading stuff on this here red forum...It do not go so well, and I want to be able to, you know...

So if I'm missing something, please inform me ;)
