Shoutboxs for websites

ive seen them around and im interested in putting a shoutbox in my website, just a simple one that lets u put name + message

can someone point me in the right direction to find out how to do this?

It is a PHP script. Go to www.hotscripts.com and look for one if you don't want ot write one. Make sure your server is PHP enabled. If you have any further problems with the script, please post in the server side coding section of the forums. Thank you.

If your server doesn't have PHP hosting there are hundreds of remotely hosted ones. But it would be worht investing in your own webspace what with these new fangled computers and all :D

A great shout box created by one of our own, Paavo. Its what I use on my site and it has never let me down once. Works perfectly and if you know anything about PHP you can customize it pretty easily. Give it a look... its worth trying thats for sure.
