Great job on the site! I love the color scheme, but I'm not too sure the bright orange (textarea, etc.) fits well with these reds. I saw this skin on extremepixels awhile ago and I was hoping you'd add it here, and you did, so good job on that too I'm impressed with the amount of work you put into the redesign, as are others I'm sure.

I hate it.

- its a pain on the eyes... jesus christ those reds and bright white text are irritating
- it screams TEENAGE ANGST
- its juvenile overall
- it looks like some amateur board for a video game... a CS clan would have this

i actually like the orange, barely noticeable really (there's not a whole lot of it, just a few very small areas). it pops just enough.

funny how subjective color is. i like this as a bolder choice better than a "safe" blue or something similar.

Dang you guys are being harsh. I too don't like it as much, but don't have to say you hate it like that... it is still a great design and many people would buy it.

I'm not getting any orange on my end. :(

Neither am I. It's a lot more harsh blood red mixed with week-old blood red and blood-red mixed with poop. :(

Then FCUKING BRIGHT white text and scrollbars... AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH. I'm in hell. This is what Satan's message board should look like.

with cleartype enabled, I don't think the text bothers the eye too much.

I can't say that this is my favorte scheme, but the new elements are a welcome change. Overall, I have to say I like the design.

Sorry if this is "harsh" but I've always subscribed to the "honesty is the best policy" theory. And honestly, this red theme sucks. It's impossibly hard to read. It way too dark in place you don't want it dark (text areas) and way too bright in the unnecessarily highlighted areas.

Anyone remember the Windows 3.1 color scheme named Hot Dog Stand? That's what this current theme makes me think of and it's equally as harsh on the eye and virtually unusable.

I don't mean to offend anyone, but by the same token I'm not afraid to offend anyone if that's what it takes to get rid of this theme. It's horrid. At the very least allow us to choose another theme in our options. Right now that doesn't seem possible.

Anyhow, I hope those you running the show give a little more thought to this theme. Again I'm sorry if this seems rude or whatever, but the reason I'm saying all this is because this isn't just an "unattractive" theme that I personally don't like...that's not even an issue here. AFAIC this is unusable. I just can't imagine wanting to come here an punish my eyes like this.
