When you're suffering from postpartum depression, please refrain from cutting your baby's arms off. Just one more sick fcuk on this planet. I swear people are like walking timebombs, ready to snap at any point. Sometimes not even exhibiting any serious signs until... well they cut their baby's arms off.

I think it's safe to say, yes, she is insane.

And you really should have to get a license to procreate. You can just carry it in your wallet, then slide it through the slot to verify that you are licensed to make babies.
