I just saw this advertising at Team Photoshop and I started to wonder. How could this be legal? They have reduced the price from 1130$ to 100$ on the Adobe CS Premium? I'm not acusing Team Photoshop for encouraging illegal activites here, I just wonder how this can be possible? Is those damn cd's worth that much? And, if somebody has tested it: - Do you get a unique serial so you can get updates from adobe, register you're version of Photoshop etc? Or if I bought a Windows XP I could use WinUpdate without getting sued by Microsoft for an illegal key? - Is the download speed on their server so sucky it ain't worth it? |

Those are Google ads, Pank nor anyone at TeamPS, views and approves any of those. Google has their own approval processes and is then generated into a banner based on the words on the page the banner will be on. Like, topical banner ads. But we have nothing to do with those. If that made any sense. |

Ok, but google doesn't want to get involved in illegal activites either I guess, but if they make enough money on this maybe. That site has so little information |

Google isn't selling the software man, that company is just paying Google to place advertisements on relavent sites. Google isn't involved in any way, other than taking their money to display ads on sites that use the Google ads.

Of course, I knew that deker, but Google could get involved if that company is selling illegal stuff, don't remember how it was, but even if they have pay'd google or not they are inolved by advertising for illegal software. Edit: Just got word from Adobe that this was illegal and they we're much likely to steal you're credit card info to :P |

those "retailers" are shady, they usually call them "Backups" and sell backup copies of the software. Their intend is for people who already own the product and just want a back up copy. Of course this on its self is illegal. They say they are back up purposes but of course they have no way to know if you actually own a retail copy of the product. So any one can buy their backup and use it. Also as ringstad says, there is a good possiblity that they are just a scam and will steal your information, since they are already selling "backup/pirated" versions.
