Woo. New iMac announced this morning!

This all of course means that a G5 powerbook cannot be far behind...

The keyboard is the same one that comes with all of their desktop models... It's a full size keyboard, just doesn't have a huge frame around it. And it's not beige...

I think it looks friggin ugly, but that is just my personal opinion. Never-the-less, it is still pretty cool. And Pganguly, I'm hopin the G5 Powerbook is out before Christmas. (/nudges my mom watching me type this message)

Even if it is on the market, I'm not gonna be able to even touch one with a 10 foot pole, cuz you know they're gonna cost as much as a mercedes.

It looks like it's going to tip over. Quite cool nonetheless, especially since I've been flirting with OSX at one of our schools lately.

it's very nice features-wise but why do I get the feeling it's a step down in design from the former I-Mac? I loved the little half ball for a foot. this looks like a very thick LCD monitor. I know - it's got everything in it....but I still think the old one was cuter.

hehe "cos theres a computer in it" thats a classic! its really sexy I belive I shall obtain one soon .. if it was as thin as that sony with the widescreen that would be nice too! meh but they don't have g5 either
