help, I broke my hand |

hehe... sorry to hear about your hand pank... that really sucks. I broke my arm playing basketball 1-2 years ago. That really sucked trying to do much of anything. And of course it was my right hand, so i had to write all my school stuff left handed. Kindof sucked. If I find any good programs for that though I will let you know, I never really did much reading about the speech to type stuff. I used to have a program called "type dragon" or something like that, but it didnt work all that great, but this was a LONG time ago so the software has probably advanded im sure. |

I had one of those Dragon Naturally Speaking things and it drove me INSANE. First I had to install it and read it a book for like 2 hours, one of its set books. When I finally fnished that, it still kept messing up what I was saying, and I was going nuts. It turned out to be faster just to type the thing. One handed or not. Speech to text things are not intelligent enough for me yet.

Yeah, thats the same problem that I had with it.... I havent used one as of lately, or seen if there has been any advancements in the software, but I never had much luck with them.
