man.....how do ppl keep ending up in pools?? This happens way too frequently lol. Atleast with a pool...the chances of drowning are slim. how do you explain that to the professor?? |

Man, and to think I was nerrvous during my license exam parallel-parking a 1967 Buick Electra when I took my Driver's Ed road classes in a Pacer. At least the examiner didn't ask me to slowly apply the gas, crash through a fence and park underwater. I'd have failed the test. |

The sad thing is that the doors and pressure equalising stuff has proven to be pure fallacy. Tests have shown that getting out as quickly as possible, by whatever means, always gives you more of a chance. Good luck to you, if you can brace yourself for a 30+ mph crash into water, wait until you drop 20m or so and then undo your seatbelt in water (and in complete darkness) and then swim up to the surface and to freedom. *I still chuckle at Top Gear bloke who had to be rescued by divers as he tested the theory at a swimming pool/car safety thing* |

EMTs carry around a special hooked blade to cut seatbelts. I kind of want one. You could kick some ass with one of those.
