File error, help!!

Ok, I was trying to put a nifty tagpro thing on my site but I have to edit the first line of the cgi files to match that of my server. I was trying to open the file but did not have a specified program. I was going though all my programs to see if any work work but when I tried one of them, I forgot to unclick the button that says "always open with this program" or something like that. Now whenever I want to open a .cgi file it uses that pprogram but that program can not open the file. I think im screwed unless someone can help me out here. Thanks.

Go into Windows Explorer, find the file. Hold down Shift and right click on the file. In the menu you should see Open With.

Click that, and you can select your new program.
