Naahhh...The TOP of my work area is a disaster area, but behind and under my desk, all cables are tied up neatly. You'd have to be an acrobat to even get near them with your feet.

I got tired of the mess, and it was impossible to vacuum because of the rat's nest.

-yeah but you know those little ridges on the monitor cable? Those scratch you between your toes like magic:D
... I tried tying them up once...but I changed a printer, then my LC got the faxmachine out to put in her office and gave me a crappy phone instead.... so I never bothered afterwards.

krane - it's a thermaltake thinghy..but now that you mention it...yeah:D you think they stole the design from sony?

~3yrs old..... 17 inches and well i like it lol. The pictures dont do the screen justice. My only bitch is i could use a higher refresh rate than 85. Actually id recommend Envision monitors to anyone. (own 2 of them).

Unless someone would like to donate to the "Rodders wants more computer stuff" fund. In return....well....the feeling that you've done a good deed should be enough.

My new setup with my brand new 19" monitor that I got today! Hooray! It's a NEC/Mitsubishi monitor. I'm running 1600x1200 at 85hz! Wooo! It's awesome! It's running Dual-monitor with my Powerbook on the right, with the eMac in easy reach to play music, TV, DVD's, etc. I might try to use Teleport to be able to control the eMac with the Powerbook mouse and keyboard. That would be awesome. I don't know how it will work with the dual screens though. I guess I shall see.

This is what you need Deker: http://www.apple.com/remotedesktop/
Then you can shove your little eMac in a drawer and run it off your Powerbook.
