You posted on 3 different sections and not one of them is right...
Something like this should go in the Misc section, I think after 55 posts you should know it by now.
And putting !!!!!!!! after wont help either.
People still look in the newest started threads and will see what's new so it will be seen.
About your question, not many stockphotos have that.
If you photograph a woman, the woman probably wants some money for posing for the camera so I don't think people will first pay to photograph someone and then post it up so everyone can download it for free...

Cosmoe, I didn't mean to get personal...
But if don't care about the copyright then why didn't you just go to any model site there is and take some photos.
imo if you take some photos of models that you aren't alowed to take it's the same as taking a layout from another site and calling it your own.
...and still nothing personal :P hihi

easy Cosmoe .. . 3jorn was just giving you some hints on how to get the best answers on the forum. .. No need to yell :]

And yeah, give the copyright thing a second thought - at least don't claim it as your own, commercial or non-commercial. ...

Do what I do. Lurk outside of model agencies, pouncing on unsuspecting Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell with my Lomograph. Either that or don a tuxedo and hang around glittzy premieres ;)

What they all said, basically. There are no free sites that I know of that allow you to download images of models without charge. Models have to eat too (granted not a lot;)), using images that are rights protected is dumb by any standard, but if you are planning on using images you have no rights to for a commercial project then not only is it criminal, it's insane. Still now that you have been told it won't be a problem you will fall foul of.

The really simple solution is to pay for the photos that you need. There are loads of stock photo agencies out there, many specialising in young, urban imagery for extremely reasonable prices. If you think about it is logical, you just factor the cost of imagery into your final bill. (I presume you are charging as it's flyers).

People do get sanctimonious about copyright, because as creatives it affects us all to varying degrees. If someone steals something you have made/thought of or starts using your image in a snuff movie box cover (insert own extreme here) then you are not going to be delighted. The long and the short of it, using images that you have no rights to is tantamount to stealing someones creative work and putting your own copyright symbol underneath.
