hey dave, welcome back are you doing any motion/broadcast graphics or just static design?

msz, NL, and Fig: I remember all 3 of you guys!

Fig: I am doing static stuff for the time being. I mess with Media 100 and After Effects but mostly just with templates for daily promos like Oprah and Wayne Brady.

In addition to doing daily graphics, I build all of our franchise stuff for our motion graphics guys to use in AE and also do some stuff for print ads. It's crazy all the limitations that are imposed in broadcast graphics, and the requirement to regularly inject cliches into your work.

cool stuff dave. i'm wanting to move toward motion graphics and/or animation, been doing some after effects stuff and starting to learn maya now. i've done some lightwave stuff before but maya is a whole new ballgame
