Something to time how long you work on client work so you know how much to charge?

take minutes...like "meeting minutes" - break the project into several parts, see how long it takes to get a part completed, multiply by number of workers, put process&results on paper - send to client

Yeah...I just make sure I start working right at 9am so it isn't hard to figure out the time after that. Just uh....look at the clock.
