1) If Bill Clinton had been a loving, faithful, devoted husband; do you believe he would have had an affair with Monica?

Of course, not.

2) If he didn't have to spend 1 1/2 years of his presidency (or more) running around in circles lying and decieving about his affair with Monica, do you believe he would have been more focused on running the country?

Yep

3) If someone is more focused at their job, do you believe they perform said job better?

More Than Likely

now answer my questions...

Is the economy doing worse than Clitions precidency?

Is sending troops to kill other humans in the idea of christian morals?

Is 6.5 years (your 1.5 years of monica) of great economy and no wars better than 3 years of bad economy and 1.5 wars?

We both have our opinions, personally id take a president that does the best for the overall country. Just as long as he doesnt kill someone, rape someone, or rob a bank, hes a ok in my book, and id say smoking marijuana is better than snorting cocaine (christian morals).

I just see this getting out of control and turning into Mac Vs. Pc thread so im gonna drop out. Take it as you will.

Okay, I agree... we disagree. But do me ONE FAVOR. Go back up and read my post about the economic policies of presidents. You can't give credit to the guy in office for the current economic state. ^^^ Go back up and read it (if you can find it).

George W Bush isn't a "good christian". He has no "moral fibre". He's a corrupt, spoiled rich kid. He's not a "common man". He doesn't know anything about being poor, or even being around middle-class people. He has no idea of the world as a community. He lacks all skill in being diplomatic. He calls countries "evil", he uses powerful words to confuse and awe the gullible.

A very nicely biased link to piss you bushists off: http://www.realchange.org/bushjr.htm

Even if we forgot everything he's done in his life. And I mean EVERYTHING. How could someone - still in that case - even concider voting for a man like him? How could someone raised the way he has been, in that family, with those resources and favours from everyone done for him possibly know what's best for the common American citizen? It's 100% impossible. George W Bush is a man that has probably not worked one day in a place not provided to him by his family. He has never had it tough. If he fu©ked up, no worries - someone was there to help him. A person with his background can NEVER see the world through the "common man's" eyes.

Talking about rich kids, I'm sure Kerry's half as bad. I feel sorry for you, American friends. Two corrupt pieces of sh*t to choose from. When's the revolution due? You know, the one you want to keep the right to bare arms for.

ding ding! and in the red corner....

j/k -

good thread. I think we got off topic, though... oops. allow me to drift some more...

I think what you should've said was Good Family Values instead of Good Christian Values, malibu... There are lots and lots of Christians with no values whatsoever, example: Priests who molest altar boys. "uh, father. Jesus saw that, now zip up..."

I think you have to give Bush credit for at least some of the state of our economy during his reign. He was all about giving tax refunds out like candy when he first took office, he's also handing out tax cuts to the wealthiest percentage of Taxpayers - making them richer. And, like you said - we'll have to wait until Kerry's term (optimism, much?) and beyond to see the horrible, horrible debt piled up by GW. What kind of aid did he give Iraq to rebuild? 80 billion, or something? Meanwhile, the US schools are bad, the roads are bad, the jobs are gone.

you're onto something about previous Presidential influence - but here's another one - these controversial Weapons Of Mass Destruction in Iraq - were gifts from GeeDub's Daddy - the person who was responsible for training Osama and his pals. This Oil thing is a hangover from two presidents ago.

I think the thing I liked most about Clinton was the fact that he didn't come with so much baggage. George Jr. has too much of a laundry list to be respectable - even to Christians.

now, play nice.

Dude, no leader of any country is any different. It's what's the matter with this country. Luckily, towns and cities have leaders who are more in touch with reality.

and yes, I'm ready for the revolution, brother.

LMAO.

What would you call it? Hmmm. Here's some suggestions:

"Schwartznigeria"

"Traffictopia"

"Smogstanistan"

"Dude"

just trying to help... (for the record, I love California - great place to visit, couldn't stay, though... unless the salary matched the cost of living, of course)
