http://0xtc.com/blog/archive.php?id=64 I tried the using an JPEG overlapping check to prove to my little brother it's fake....eeehh.....well....the people in the pic and the skeleton have the same compression rate and mesh size (unlike many many other fake pics...) What do you think ? EDIT: I just noticed. the man doing the digging should have a shadow that should be on the skull...no shadow there... Still a nice pic. |

Another source of the same pic Worth1000 has some really talented competitors, and I see their stuff all over the internet. Never sure whether its with thier consent or not though... |

You mean you actually went to all that bother? I normally find that a short sharp slap works wonders ;) If that solution was not permanent rest assured that the next 10mins will be taken up with either your parents bollocking you or stunned silence - either of which, is almost a bonus ;) |

That side of the skull is darkened.....but not enough. Also look at the shadow his head cast on his arm......that same shadow should be on the skull like you said. Nevermind that shadow wouldnt be solid.....it would have a lot of variation due to his legs/arms and shovel being positioned to the side of the body. Also the the lower guy's right arm is missing a shadow, the t-shirts are too bright (no dirt, no wrinkles etc) and there is a lack of noise throughout the image. Even so....its still an AWESOME image! |

i know that worth1000 is probably the home of the image. i was just saying that you find all over the place elsewhere too.
EDIT: I just noticed. the man doing the digging should have a shadow that should be on the skull...no shadow there....
well the first thing wrong with it is that the man digging is using a SHOVEL. if they had a specimen like that they would be using fine bristle toothbrushes to dig it out. :p |
