I picked up "Taschen's 1000 Favorite Websites" at Chapters yesterday because I suck and need to look at websites in a book. Now, if you would all please flip to page 287, you will see a pretty nifty site. http://realityslip.com Launch that sucker and check out the tubular tubes they use. Not saying it's a rip at all, but they sure took the tubes to another level. Pank maybe helped develop this, I don't know. Anyways, I still got a kick out of it being in this book. And I know buying a book to see things that are online is odd, but I respond better to print and books and stuff like that...yeah.... |

Yeah I got a few books myself. Print is just sexier, nevermind it takes you out of the "online computer" state of mind. You get to experience them in a different way. As to realityslip....must be a slow server. I cant really connect. |

Pank's tubes are pure photoshop, those on RS are 3D rendered.

Reality slip is even linked off of the main TeamPS page AND it was featured as the SOTW (Site Of The Week) once. And as sidez said, those are rendered with a 3D program, whereas pank's tubes are 100$ Photoshop. |

He may have been inspired but really not a rip at all. 3D work being done at that site. Thanks though... |
