I just found out someone is/was selling t-shirts with my artwork on them on eBay.

for 10 bucks a piece.....

Should I feel flattered or pissed off?


Grrr...they didn't even use the good version of it..they used a preview version.

I already contacted eBay to have the items removed.....and I don't deal with creminals ;)...can't be trusted...

Well, in all fairness, you don't own the copyright to either the logo, or the brand, so really neither of you are 'right' although he is really treading in dangerous territory in that he is trying to sell copywritten material, the D-12 name.

Thus, I don't think you can sue, but he's definitely in the wrong.

Your image was a piece of not-for-profit fan art, correct? Well, if that's the case, you should be ok, whereas he is trying to make a profit off of it. Although I'm sure bootleg merchandise appears all the time on E-Bay.

yeah, non-profit (like most of what i do)...and of course i don't own the "D12" logo...but that's about the only thing that's not my design on that image. (it's hard doing D12 artwork without adding the "D12" text/logo :-/)...

neither would I...it's a crap quality print...plus the final image was intended to be an album cover.
