So i woke up today, walked out to my living room and sitting there is my mother freaking out about some mail i got. She said "have you heard of ilcs". I said "what, what are you talkin about". So she hands me the piece of mail. Now if you have ever seen a credit card ad, it looks just like that. At the top (of this light blue, bill looking form) is my domain name, a customer id, my address...then below it is a 1 year contract for search engine listings for $35. And as you go down the page, they add up the fee's and print out the totals (etc...basically like a bill). Now im not pissed about the fake bill. Ive seen the fake bill spam millions of times. Im pissed that my website is generating REAL spam. Like email spam isnt enough...now i gotta get letters about it. Bastards!!!!! And of course my mother knows about my website, but she doesnt know the details of it....so the reason she's freakin out is she thinks its official/something to do with me. What a headache. And to top it off, im not even listed on "A" search engine yet, and not even getting regular spam in my email box. I could understand if my domain was listed all over the place, but except for about 3 websites.......im as invisible as you can be on the net (which probably isnt that invisible). UGH! If anyone feels the need to send animal porn to www.ICLS.net, be my guest :D Just thought id bitch. Does this happen alot?? anyone else getting snail mail (perhaps icls letters?) Edit: Figured Id dig it out of the trash (garbage picker...i know ) and make a scan for fun (with the important info removed ofcourse :D ) Click HERE |

FRAUD! Any company not posting a phone number is an hoax for me (the adresse is fake for sure) and the crappy website show it unproffesional side! Want to hear worst... During summer time, where a lot of companies replace some of their personal on vacation, its a commun fraud to send fake bills, not by e-mail but by real mail! In many case the the temporary employe who is in charge of bill will not see the scam and pay the bill... Send them anthrax... |

haha... no I never got any telemarketer calls about my domain names. I think they just do like an internet search or something and then a whois to try and get some money. To try and con people into paying for something that they really dont have to pay for. :p Most people out there that own domain names, have really no clue that you dont have to pay for most search engines... and they will willingly pay however much it was to have someone do it for them :p or they are lazy and would rather have someone do it for them :p I like the bonfire idea :D |
