At work.

I just got a call from a customer.
(I work as a computer technology supporter and help desk person.)
Well anyway...
He just called me and said he had this problem.
He said: When I put on my computer, nothing happends.
Me: okey, do you see anything on the screen, any error messages?
He: nope nothing it's just a black screen, but it gives me this sound.
He: biip boop biip biip boooop (he is making sounds with his mouth).
Me: okey...(trying not to start laughing my ass off)
He: can you tell me what is wrong with it.
Me: Not really sure...could be a few things.
He: No but listen this it how it sounds: biip boop biip biip boooop.
Me: No still not really sure what's wrong with it.
He: Well I might remember the sound wrong it might have been: biip boop biip biip biiiiiip, did that help.
Me: (Still trying to be without laughing.)No not really sure...maybe you should bring it over here and I can take I look at it.
He: okey.
Me: Oh and what kind of operative system does it have?
He: It's a Win XP2000.
Me: sorry?
He: it's a XP2000.
Me: win XP or a win 2000?
He: WINDOWS XP2000...telling me very slowly...
Me: Well okey well just bring it over and I'll look at it.
He: okey bye and thanks-

Well he came with the computer and I looked at it and it actually sounded excatly as he imitaded it :P
Then I looked at it and the memory card was out of place.
And it was a Win XP :P
This guy calls me like once a week with these SO wierd errors.
Can't really understand how a person can have so much different problems with one computer.

Well, one problem can usually lead to other problems... so the chain continues. However, if you have no problems to begin with, you're fine.

Oh, I fathom that fixing that guy's computer was easy... since motherboard warning beeps make it that way. I've had my friends call me with cases much weirder than that. The fact that he was making the noises was pretty funny though. Damn, I am rambling...

Yeah I know problems can lead to other problems...
But this guy have problems with everything and they don't have anything to do with eachother...
And they are usually so silly...
And yup I have seen that site...
And I thought of that site when he called me and it might fit in there :P
