And support isn't helping. The cursor is very jittery - not just natural-hand jittery, THIS jittery (that is supposed to be me drawing a straight line). The light at the top of the pad blinks rapidly, changing from orange to green at random times. Support tells me it's because i have it too close to the monitor, no matter how many times i tell them i have tried it pulled all the way back, in other rooms, on other computers - the result is the same. Anyone else have/had this problem? If so, how did you fix it - did you take it back? Nos. |

wow that is weird...never saw that before... have you looked at the settings? the mapping speed maybe...does the mouse act in the same way? Have you tried resetting to factory defaults? You could go to the store you bought it from and show them...maybe it's a mechanical fault, - like the tip of the pen may be missaligned -they have to replace it... |

I'd also tell you to uninstall all your tablet drivers/ Reboot/ and re-install them. But I'm guessing support told you that already?? |

actually, I had some similar problems in the past with my wacom, not that severe though, but close. I thought I had some USB signals jumping over each other or something, and swapped the USB plugs with my webcam / printer, and that worked for me. Still don't know what it was though. :|

If you've tried everything, then contact Wacom and RMA your unit. It's not a big deal... it doesn't mean that ALL Graphire3s suck... don't let this discourage you. There is not one volume of ANY type of hardware in the world that doesn't have at least one faulty unit. |
